March Mindfulness

Throughout the month of March, our teachers and healers will focus their efforts on supporting your journey with themed classes, sequences and offerings that we hope inspires a collective consciousness surrounding the practice of mindfulness.

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

Whether you are walking down the street, driving in traffic or settling into your space on the mat, the practice of mindfulness involves taking the time to pay attention to where we are and what’s going on, and that starts with being aware of that state of your body, mind and spirit.

All month we are making mindfulness participation fun and easy! Attend daily yoga, meditation, breathwork classes and workshops and be entered to win a big prize at the end of the month.


  • Pick up your participation card at the front desk to get started!

  • Attend ten (10) classes this month (any combination of yoga, meditation and/or breathwork) and receive one (1) entry into our prize raffle

  • Attend fifteen (15) classes and receive two (2) entries into our prize raffle

  • Attend twenty (20) classes and receive three (3) entries into our prize raffle


  • Bring a “first-time” friend and receive one (1) extra participation credit

  • Attend Community Night (March 1, 7-8:30PM) and receive two (2) participation credits

  • Workshops also count as two (2) participation credits

  • Check in or post your progress on Instagram or Facebook and tag us and earn an additional one (1) participation credit

  • Anyone can participate as long as they have an active account with Sojourn Healing Collective.


  • Turn in your participation card or total credit count to the front desk or email by April 1, 2019

  • Raffle winner will be drawn on April 3, 2019
