About Colleen Grace: Wellness writer, energy worker, and plant medicine maker, inspired by nature, ancestry, and conscious growth. Her journey of self-healing and exploration has led her to receive her mastery certification in Usui Reiki, which she paired with an education in plant medicine to truly refine a holistic, energetic & internal healing experience for her clients. Her love lies with the gifts of the Earth - plants, herbs, and beautiful destinations to explore. Her passion is to raise awareness about self-healing, but also make it more accessible to diverse communities who would otherwise feel threatened, displaced, shamed, or disrespected because of societal stigmas and appropriation. As a tea enthusiast, she is confident that Herb + Nectar has become the perfect vehicle to share the abundance.
About Jen Rose: Conscious mama of two, plant medicine maker, and certified Reiki master. Her own self-healing journey led her to embark on a path of working more closely with Mother Nature and the local farms in San Diego. Inspired by her community and mama earth, she co-founded Herb + Nectar, an organic and reiki-infused mobile tea bar. She is an environmentalist who believes in working in harmony with nature, giving back as much as you take. Her passion is in bringing organic and local herbs to her community as an important part of healing the collective.
About Whitney Yarnall: s founder of Sojourn Healing Collective, Whitney aspires to help others find their wholeness through community. Building connections that help people to learn to love and heal. From an early age, Whitney noticed others were drawn to her comforting and healing presence. This gift pulled her into a role of counseling, healing and helping guide others in a direction authentic to themselves. During her high school years, a personal tragedy nudged her off of this track into several heavy years of depression, pain and self-destruction. At age 19, Whitney slowly began her journey of self-healing, and for the first time, began to explore and understand her gifts and many healing modalities, including Ayurveda, Meditation, Reiki and Yoga. Within Sojourn, Whitney is the Collective & Community Director, leading and developing the community’s healers and members. She also leads Yin Yoga classes, Chakra Balancing, Spiritual Mentoring, Reiki Healing and Flower Essence therapy.
