Together we explore ideas connected to mindfulness like meditation, self-awareness, boundary setting, and self-love activities. More specifically we will take a look at our individual strengths and weaknesses, healthy strategies for setting boundaries and all the ways self-love can be varied but all equally important.
Our guide Chasity will lead the group in discussion and reflection by asking participants to explore and question their perceived reality and limitations, and how they affect personal and professional successes. You will walk away with realistic ways to integrate mindfulness into your everyday routine, along with resources to aid you on your journey and hopefully re-energized and encouraged with all the support you receive.
