In this 90 minute workshop, we will explore modifications for poses commonly taught in general population classes that are not suitable for pregnancy. Empowered with these modifications, you can then to go to whatever class calls to you, and ensure that your practice will not only be safe, but beneficial to you and your baby!
Along with the presentation of prenatal poses, there will be time for discussion and Q&A before finishing up with a restorative prenatal practice. Please make sure you are cleared for exercise. Suitable for any stage of pregnancy, but we will focus mostly on modifications for 2nd and 3rd trimester.
What to bring: Comfortable clothing, pen and paper if you'd like to take notes (there will be a handout of information presented), water, and a light snack.
