We invite you to join us as we gather and open up sacred space for children ages 4-9. In this group, children will learn all about self love, intuition, positive thinking, and how to raise their frequency.
In these one hour sessions, children can expect to:
- Learn about ‘Mindful Meditation’ and experience a short guided meditation
- Enjoy child-friendly herbal teas and learn about their benefits
- Learn about a new topic from a different guest healer each time!
- Close the hour with a ‘Crystal Share.’ Kids will take home their own crystal and have the option to share an intention or gratitude with the group!
A different theme/guest every class!
Themes include: Spirit Animals, Sound Healing, Kids Reiki Circle, Crystals, Conscious Eating & Pendulums!
Cost per gathering: $30 per child
Sibling Discount: Additional $20 per child
**IMPORTANT: A parent or guardian must be present on site for the entire hour. Tea will be served in the lobby area for adults to mingle during the Kids class!
About your facilitators:
Whitney founded Sojourn to give people a welcoming place to come as they are, no questions asked, and form a like-minded community where they can align with their true purpose and feel supported as they grow to their greatest potential. Besides directing this Healing Collective and leading restorative yoga classes, Whitney offers group-based Workshops, private intuitive healing sessions as well as provides customized mentorship programs for spiritual business owners (or those looking to infuse it into their business practices). She also specializes in working with individuals’ one-to-one who are going through major life transitions.
Conscious mama of two, plant medicine maker, and certified Reiki master. Her own self-healing journey led her to embark on a path of working more closely with Mother Nature and the local farms in San Diego. Inspired by her community and mama earth, she co-founded Herb + Nectar, an organic and reiki-infused mobile tea bar.
She is an environmentalist who believes in working in harmony with nature, giving back as much as you take. Her passion is in bringing organic and local herbs to her community as an important part of healing the collective.
