“The intuitive mind is a sacred gift and the rational mind is a faithful servant. We have created a society that honors the servant and has forgotten the gift.” -Albert Einstein
Have you ever had a hunch, a feeling in your bones, a gut instinct, or a sneaking suspicion?
The purpose of this workshop is to explore this wisdom that lives in the body and how to tap into it deeply. The body is a divine tool meant to act like a compass to steer us toward our Dharma. On this journey through life, the body compass (intuition) keeps us on course toward our north star and the rational mind’s job is to provide the ‘how to’ and to find the most efficient and effective way forward on that path. Without tapping into your body compass, you could be using your brilliant rational mind and your precious energy to move full force in the wrong direction. In this workshop Kelly will guide you into a deep meditation in order to calibrate your personal body compass and better understand the wisdom of your own body. Following the meditation, we will move into an open group Q&A and discussion section where we will dive deeper into how you can utilize the intuitive and rational mind together to move full force in the direction of your Dharma.
