no shows & late cancellations
Classes must be canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made within 2 hours of class, late arrivals that are unable to be admitted, and no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit.
Students who do not cancel before the 2-hour window and do not attend class will also be charged a $10 no-show fee.

on-time arrival
We encourage all students to arrive 10–15 minutes before class begins, especially if it's your first visit. Arriving early allows time to check in, settle into the space, and begin your practice without feeling rushed.
We understand that traffic, parking, and life's surprises happen, so we offer a 5-minute grace period after the scheduled class start time. To honor the experience of those who arrived on time and minimize disruptions once class is underway, the front door is locked 5 minutes after class begins and late arrivals cannot be accommodated after that point.
This policy helps us create a more grounded and uninterrupted experience for everyone in the room while still offering a little flexibility when things don't go according to plan.
mindful care of the space
